Welcome to Pampered by Patty. By accessing this website, booking a service, purchasing a product or course, or interacting with our brand in any way, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Booking & Appointments

Appointments must be booked through our official booking platform or directly through authorized communication.

A non-refundable deposit is required for most services and will be applied to your total.

Deposits secure your spot and are not transferable to other clients or dates without proper rescheduling.
2. Cancellations & No-Show Policy

All reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment.

You are allowed a 10-minute grace period. Arriving later than that will be considered a no-show.

No-shows are charged 100% of the service cost, even in the case of emergencies.

Cancellation fees are in place to respect our time and other clients waiting for availability.
3. Course Enrollment Terms

A $500 non-refundable deposit is required to enroll in any course.

The remaining balance is due 2 weeks prior to the course date.

Courses are non-refundable once purchased.

Rescheduling is allowed with 2 weeks’ notice, one time only, and is subject to availability.

A second reschedule will result in loss of deposit.

This course provides a Certificate of Completion. In New Jersey, an esthetics license is still required to legally perform brow services.

All course content is for personal use only and may not be copied, shared, recorded, or reproduced in any form.
4. Service Policy

Every brow service includes custom mapping to ensure precision and personalization.

Waxing and threading options may be offered depending on your preference and skin condition.

Some services may not be recommended if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or using active skincare ingredients (e.g., retinol, acids).

Please follow all pre- and post-care instructions for best results and to avoid adverse reactions.
5. Gift Cards

Gift cards are final sale and non-refundable.

They may be used toward services, courses, or products and must be presented at time of use.
6. Privacy
Your use of this site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using our website or booking services, you consent to those practices.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this site—including logos, course materials, service descriptions, and branding—is the intellectual property of Pampered by Patty and may not be copied, republished, or redistributed without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
Pampered by Patty is not responsible for allergic reactions or outcomes due to failure to disclose relevant medical history, skin conditions, or product usage. Please notify your provider of any concerns before your service or training.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with the revised date.
